Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Biztock account or using our cloud-based POS, inventory management system, and e-commerce storefront platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Biztock provides a multi-outlet business operation operating system (OS) including barcode-supported POS billing, procurement registers, inventory movement logs, live branch reporting dashboards, staff role permissions management, and automatic storefront website building tools.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Biztock is billed on a monthly or annual subscription model based on your chosen tier (Starter or Business). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You agree to provide accurate billing details, and any unpaid accounts may experience access restrictions or service suspension.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including cashiers, managers, and admin logins. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage or security breach. Biztock is not liable for stock discrepancy, revenue leakage, or cash drawer differences due to employee account sharing.

5. Service Availability & Compatibility

Since Biztock is cloud-based, we aim for a 99.9% service uptime. However, physical store operations depend on active local internet connections for cloud sync. While offline sales caching is integrated, full syncing requires connectivity. Biztock is compatible with standard USB/Bluetooth barcode readers and receipt printers, but we are not responsible for printer or local hardware driver failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Biztock be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from inventory mismatches, double sales on online storefronts, bookkeeping differences, or business interruptions.

7. Termination

You can terminate your subscription and close your Biztock account at any time. Upon cancellation, you are responsible for exporting all databases. Biztock reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate terms or remain unpaid for an extended period.
